- The test result(s) will be forwarded within a month from the time we receive your sample, normally within two weeks.
- The data will be sent by email. The address(es) listed in your form feed-back will be used.
- Pertinent and up-to-date information concerning the presumed ability of the test to predict the outcome of your disease will accompany your test results.
Note: On some occasions, the testing may present difficulties because of interfering substances in the sample. In such cases, and if the results cannot be submitted to you within a month, you'll receive an email stating the problem and when we expect to have the data ready for you.
- If there are other problems with your sample, for example leakage or infection, we will briefly inform you to this effect by email, so that you can forward a new sample.
