Requests for testings may be denied at any time by IIR - without further notice and at no cost to the patient; in this case, a check that may have been sent to IIR will be disposed of.

IIR makes no promise not to use such communication or material for any purpose, provided this can be done without disclosing individual patient identities that may have come to our knowledge.
